The awareness of wanting to create something unique led Elena and Federico Maquignaz to seek out the famous architect Savin Couelle, with whom they worked together to realise the project and build the resort step by step. The Saint Hubertus was built entirely by expert craftsmen's hands, who made it unique. Savin Couelle designed the resort with simple elegance. Under the management of the Maquignaz family, exclusive flats are combined with a high level of hotel service. Luxurious flats ranging from 50 to 120 square metres offer beauty, convenience and comfort. In addition, there is a top restaurant, an exquisite bar, a champagne room, an extensive library and the wellness area with thermal water swimming pool and fitness room as well as a private spa.

The cuisine is dominated by local ingredients made from organic raw materials, which chef Andrea Rizzo creatively stages. In his menus, he offers, among other things, the rigoros typical of the region: stuffed pasta made by hand with the utmost care.
